We acted fast and arranged a six month second charge bridging facility in 12 days from initial enquiry to completion.
On completion the lender was impressed with our quick turn around and getting this across the line for the client: “Very impressed our end with yourself in order to enable this case to get over the line by 18th. We have it down as a 12 day turnaround from application lock in to completion, which is certainly up there with one of the quickest 2nd charges I know of.”
The client was delighted and it allowed her to inject the funds into her business with the repayment being through the sale of the property which was already being marketed for sale.
