Our Fees
We charge fees only when your application reaches key milestones:
Broker Fee: this is dependent on the complexity of your finance application and is based on the time we spend on your mortgage application and is between £495 and £1,995 for a first charge mortgage and between £1,495 and £4,995 for a second charge mortgage.
For preparing and submitting your finance application.
Advice Fee: £750
For providing tailored finance advice and lender recommendations.
Fees are only invoiced once you receive a formal offer or complete your finance arrangement, depending on the type of product.
Commission Transparency
We may receive a commission from lenders or third-party service providers (e.g. solicitors or valuers).
Commission amounts may vary by lender and product.
We’ll always disclose commission details in our Commission Disclosure Document.
If you were referred to us by a third party, they may also receive a commission.
